From Sunday scaries to Sunday Soul Plunge

I looked at what wasn't working in my life with love & gratitude for all it has taught me & said goodbye to my comfort. I credit this courage to…cold ass water. The cold taught me that I am so much stronger than my limiting beliefs. 

I saw how many people were experiencing similar struggles, felt stuck & couldn’t see a different path. I knew I needed to create a safe space for humans to heal, so they too can experience the freedom of stepping outside of their comfort zones & into their happiest selves.

I knew I found something magical

Throughout my life, I have dealt with physical symptoms of stress. I accepted that in order to heal my physical body, I had to heal my mental health first. I went on a journey to find the most impactful ways to improve my mental health… that led me to Wim Hof & cold plunging. The first time I went into a cold plunge I knew I found something magical.

Cold plunging & breath work has helped put me back in control both mentally & physically. I am able to be more accepting of sensations & have developed a greater understanding of my mind-body connection. 

Our mission at Soul Plunge is to create a space for EVERYONE to experience the transformative power of cold plunging & breathwork. 

Meet the Team

Julia Toronczak

Julia considers herself to be a solar-powered human and is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with a trauma-informed background. She loves how yoga has supported her in her own healing journey by releasing anxiety and building a strong mind-body-spirit connection. Her mission as a yoga instructor is to empower her students to embrace their confident selves through mindful, yet physically intensive movement that cleanses the soul and provides mental clarity.

Dany Chaillo

Dany brings a truly unique perspective to the mat. As both a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a biomedical engineer, she combines her deep understanding of the physiology and biomechanics of the human body with her passion for yoga. Dany’s approach goes beyond the physical postures—she encourages you to truly listen to your body, using yoga, breathwork, cold plunges, and saunas as powerful tools for healing and connection. Her goal is to inspire you to embrace physical challenges and tap into the power of your breath and mind, guiding you out of the chronic fight-or-flight states that so many of us experience.

Dani Coleman

Dani is a registered yoga teacher, spiritual movement facilitator, social activist, and published author. She has a passion for self-expression through movement and exploring the conscious and subconscious aspects of herself. After living with an impending need for self-discovery and searching for resilience from trauma, Dani centered her practice and teachings around feminine embodiment and somatic healing through spiritual guidance.

Trisha Goolsby

Trisha is a community leader who inspires others to reconnect with their inner light and strength through various modalities. After completing a 365-day self-love yoga journey, she experienced the transformative power of aligning mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is to guide others on their path to self-discovery, empowering them to use breathwork to face challenges with resilience and reminding them that we are capable of doing hard things. 

Suzanne Lederer

Suzanne Lederer is a Trauma-Informed Breathwork and Somatic Practitioner. After an autoimmune diagnosis in 2010, she felt disconnected from her body, emotions, herself and realized she was seeking control by grasping at things not to feel. Breathwork and somatic therapy became essential in her healing, allowing her trauma and pain to be seen and transform her. Through these practices, Suzanne has cultivated a conscious, loving relationship with herself and others.

Hilary Curran

Hilary Curran, immersed in the practice of yoga for over a decade, radiates a positive and warm energy that creates a welcoming space for practitioners of all skill levels. Her teachings focus on mindfulness and the power of breath as tools for self-care, healing, and nervous system regulation. Hilary shares that yoga transcends mere physical exercise; it is a holistic modality that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit - on and off the mat. You'll leave her classes not only feeling like you completed a good work out, but with a sense of relaxation and a clear mind.

Kim Dang

Kim is a wellness alchemist—200-hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and trauma-informed hypnosis sound healer—sprinkling mindset magic wherever she goes. When she's not flowing on her mat, you'll find her twirling on the salsa dance floor, adding a dash of rhythm to life. Balancing a legal career by day, she blends the structured world of law with the soulful realms of healing and dance, helping people rewrite their stories and live beautifully intentional lives.

Nala Heck

Although she can often be found sleeping on the job, Nala’s contribution to soul plunge as our Director of Emotional Support is immeasurable. She can stare deeply into your soul & a snuggle session with her is a fool proof way to calm your nervous system. 

Jenna Larrow

Jenna has been practicing yoga for 9 years and comes from Boston, MA where she completed her 200hr YTT and began her teaching career. She teaches a powerful, dynamic, vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment and linking breath to movement. Jenna’s goal for class is to provide a space for students to expand their practice both physically and mentally- and leave the studio with a deeper connection to themselves. 

Sean Cahill

For over a decade, I have developed positive learning environments that promote personal growth for students and athletes of all ages. My passion for diversity and inclusion in education has led me to work with individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, religions and socio-economic statuses. I specialize in team building, while emphasizing individual development. My journey as an educator has taken me to big cities and rural communities all over the United States. Wherever I am, I look forward to building strong relationships with those that I work with, teaching life lessons on and off the mat.

Jonah Polkes

Jonah is a holistic health coach, nutritionist, and yoga teacher. After struggling with physical and mental health throughout his childhood, he turned to meditation and yoga as a practice of cultivating self love. Jonah believes yoga is more than just the physical practice, but an opportunity to build a happy home within, nurture a positive relationship with self, and embrace unconditional love. His fluid, creative, and authentic teaching style provides a safe space for students to explore while honoring the sacred practice. 

Natalie Kuczkowski

Natalie, a Pacific Beach local, is deeply passionate about wellness, community, and building meaningful connections. With a professional background in marketing and a personal love for meditation and yoga, she is thrilled to bring her skills and enthusiasm to the Soul Plunge community. Committed to creating a warm and inclusive environment, Natalie fully embraces the studio’s mission to inspire and uplift every member.

Amanda Moss

Amanda radiates warm energy and embraces life with a positive outlook. Passionate about wellness, she finds balance through workouts, breathwork, meditation, and journaling. On weekends, you'll often find her in a yoga class, exploring farmers markets, discovering new spots in nature, or unwinding with a good book. Amanda’s mission is to help others tap into the strength and resilience that wellness practices can bring, especially during tough times, showing that self-care can be a powerful tool for navigating life’s challenges.

Sadie Yentsch

Sadie has a peaceful yet vibrant energy, deeply rooted in her connection with nature. She spends her days surfing and diving in the ocean, or snowboarding and hiking in the mountains. Sadie completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali and yoga has become a powerful tool in her life. She developed a passion for cold plunging during her senior year of high school, a time of significant change. Each morning, she immersed herself in Maine’s frigid waters, knowing if she could conquer the cold, she could conquer anything else the day brought.  Sadie’s mission is to help others discover alignment and harmony between mind, body, and soul, and to contribute to the peaceful, inclusive energy at Soul Plunge!

Jenna Zabrosky

Jenna Zabrosky, owner of Space for Possibility, is a yoga instructor, reiki master, and breathwork facilitator with over 24 years of experience. Her breath-centered classes focus on mindfulness, strength, and self-inquiry, offering a welcoming space for students of all levels. 

Jenn Ludwig

Jenn receives her energy from the ocean and being outside. As a 300-hour certified yoga teacher, she loves helping others step outside of their comfort zones. Jenn found a deeper yoga practice while living in Thailand and loves how it has become a major part of her health and wellness journey. She aims to share the healing benefits of practicing yoga and using breathwork and meditation to overcome challenges and inspire growth. 

Julia Balto

Julia helps overthinking high-performers turn their brains off after busy days so they can fully show up for their big goals feeling refreshed, present, and at ease. She weaves clinical hypnosis, breathwork, somatics, and sound healing into transformative group and individual healing experiences. Clients have said working together feels like ‘some kind of witchy brain magic’ with powerful shifts occurring in just 1-2 sessions.
